For the food industry, we have done odor removal, oil mist elimination and acid scrubbing allowing the customers to save not just on on production equipment replacement, it also enhanced safety, and increased productivity without comprising the health and safety of people in and around the facilities.

Automotive/ Painting/ Printing

In the automotive and print industry, solvent based pigments may emit noxious fumes that can affect the health of people in and around the facilities. We have successfully installed a Catalytic Oxidizer System to treat such hazardous emissions.

Tobacco

In tobacco industry, we had a customer who was issued a Notice of Violation and had to install an odor removal system. We designed and supplied a three-stage odor scrubber system. It worked!

The neighbors are happy, the NOV lifted.

We successfully completed the installation of our own designed, fully functional, and approved Interconnected Two (2) Units 22,000 CFM Fume Scrubber System with Low Energy Tower Scrubber for the painting operation of a Japanese PEZA-registered firm. The work includes the design, supply and installation of the duct network together with our own wet and dry painting booths. The project is for the upgrading of our previously installed scrubber. The project is for the rectification and ventilation enhancement with respect to DOLE WEM.
