Raetech Systems will normally request for the following initial information to ensure you are getting the right system to comply with government standards (DOLE, DENR, OSHC) and applicable guidelines of OSHA, NIOSH, ASHRAE, ACGIH and the like.:

1. Type of industry/ manufacturing process

2. As-built plan or plant lay-out of the area to be served by the system

3. Duct (piping for water/wastewater) schematics to show the loads (preferably as-built). A line diagram indicating the duct (or pipes) sizes and duct drops together with duct run lengths will be acceptable if as-built is not available.

4. If drawings are non-existent we will need a sketch of the floor lay-out indicating the room size and height and the relative location of the equipment/s to be connected to the required unit.

5. Itemized duct (pipe) drops showing the sizes and description of the equipment/process that the system will serve.

6. Are the lines to be serviced enclosed? If yes, what is the exhaust port size? How many? If there are any laboratory fume hood, what are the exhaust outlet diameter?

7. If there are any open vats, please provide the Width and Length (W x L) of each tank? What is the operation? What is the process?

8. SDS of the chemicals being used. Are they water soluble? Safe to mix with water?

9. Length, Width, and Height of the work area to be served if enclosed for ventilation requirement.

10. Latest test results if available (DENR and/or DOLE/OSHC third party)

This initial information will allow us to make an initial assessment of your requirement and avoid guess work.
